I suppose I need to update my blog and explain why I stopped posting. The day I got home from having Nathan, my c-section incision opened and that landed me back in the hospital for another 4 days. Then I was having home health care come out to my house everyday. Juggling two preschoolers, a newborn and an open incision doesn't leave much time for anything. My incision FINALLY closed this week. And of course nothing ever goes smoothly in our house... so I started running a fever, my stomach was hot. The wound doctor sent me back to my OB who admitted me back into the hospital where I have been since Friday. I couldn't bring Natey-boo with me this time. He's with my mom. I'm having to pump and dump because of all the lovely chemicals I have going through my body. I tried talking to the doctor today and getting her to send me home tomorrow but it was a no go. I am so home sick and ready to be back with my hubby and kids.

I'm half ready to cut my own stomach up and remove the "mystery" knots myself and be done with this.

So if you're a praying person, would just pray for a little sunshine to hit this direction?

He's so much smaller than I thought he was going to be. They were predicting if he'd made it to scheduled c-section day he was going to be 9.5lbs. They were wrong! He's just a little peanut.

Phone Funnies

I was making a round of calls tonight, trying to plan what to do with the kids when #3 arrives. So I was calling both my sisters and I just think its so funny now when anyone gets a call from me after 8pm at night, they are all "are you having the baby?!?!" My answer is "I wish, but sadly no." haha. Maybe I should just stop calling people for a while, so I don't disppoint. :)

Still here, Still Pregnant.... 38 weeks, 4 days

This is officially the most pregnant I have ever been. C-section is still scheduled for 4/14/2009. Surprisingly I'm ok with that. The thought of having to schelp the kids around at 2am for some kind of emergency arrival just doesn't seem all that much fun. :)

We do finally have a name for #3, just keeping it for a surprise right now.

Potty Training

I bought Cameron a new Ninja Turtle yesterday. I told him if he could pee in the potty 5 times or poop once then we could open the box. So far we're at one pee. Hopefully, today will go well. Please let it go well.

Cameron Craziness

I was talking to Cameron during bath time tonight. I am sure my kids are sick of me testing possible baby brother names on them, but I do it anyway. And I said, "how about your baby brother will be baby Graham?" To which Cameron responded, "No mommy Graham is my cousin." I said, "noooo who are your cousins?" "Luke." Then into deep thought so I prompted with "..and baby Avery?" "Oh yes." "And baby Olivia?" "No mommy, she is a a cracker." And I thought what the heck is he talking about so I asked again. "you mean your cousin?" "No mommy she is just a little baby cracker."

haha Ok so no more TV time with daddy. Not sure why the dark haired cousin gets to be the cracker, and his whitey white haired self is not. But whatever. Lord I need to watch what he is picking up.

Bah

I should care that I just gave my son a bath and he's currently orange. But I don't. Just note to self, cheetos post bath is a bad idea.

And why do little boys have to throw everything? Nothing gets taken out of the box one by one. Its always, pick up box, turn box over, dump everything out and scream triumphantly.

Boy am I tired.
